About Me!
As a social worker, I experienced burnout after a decade in the non-profit world. Surprisingly, this burnout became the catalyst for starting my own business and becoming a Certified Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Practitioner.
Grateful for what is often seen as a negative experience, I embraced the wisdom that "Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change."
Throughout my career, I've had the honor of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adults, civilians, military personnel, veterans, and those facing grief, crisis, or contemplating the end of their lives.
Each experience has shaped my journey and deepened my commitment to fostering resilience and well-being through somatic breathwork so that I can guide others through their own somatic breathwork transformation.
Changing lives one breath at a time.
