Somatic Breathwork for employees

4 weeks | 1-hour sessions once per week

Group Size: 10-15 participants Program

Overview: This program is specifically designed to help employees reduce stress, enhance emotional resilience, and strengthen team wellness. Through guided somatic breathwork, participants will gain practical tools to manage the daily pressures of work, getting rid of the stored stress the body holds onto, and strengthen teamwork and trust!

Week 1: Introduction to Somatic Awareness and Stress Reduction
Focus on how somatic breathwork can alleviate daily stress and improve focus.

Week 2: Breathe about it INSTEAD of talking about it
Learn techniques to manage high stress environments and workload. As you become more aware of what you feel in your body, you learn to respond to stress (or people) instead of reacting. (doing or saying something you might regret)

Week 3: Mind-Body Connection and learning to listen to the body
Deepen the mind-body connection because your body will tell you when it needs a rest or needs a burst of energy. This will also help you see when others are ignoring their body and they might need a friendly reminder to talk a break or even do a short breathwork practice.

Week 4: Long-Term Well-being and Sustainable Practices
Develop sustainable breathwork practices for long-term mental health & well-being.

Benefits for employees:
- Reduced burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Enhanced emotional regulation and resilience
- Improved mental clarity and creativity
- Practical tools for ongoing well-being

Investment: $3,500 per group of 10-15 employees

Discount Option: 10% off ($3,150) for early enrollment or multiple cohorts

Testimonials

What our learners say

I am most grateful that my son's piano teacher not only makes learning fun and shares his knowledge, but his passion for music as well. I could not have found a better place for him to learn piano.
Trude Vinje Stormer
The school has everything that I need for successful study: textbooks, daily assignments, planner, notebooks, music sheets, a staff who are very skilled and experienced, and ready to help at any time.

Frequently asked questions

What courses will I take?

All music majors take a group of basic musicianship classes including music theory, ear training, music history, and music technology, and piano specific lessons. You will also take private lessons with an applied instructor.

What can this school offer that I cannot get at other online schools?

First, you will participate in a thriving music department, surrounded by a culturally and musically rich community. Next, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most notable musicians in the field. Third, ImprovPiano is intricately involved with music education across the U.S. Our students regularly participate in local, state-wide, and national clinics, conventions, and festivals.ImprovPiano is also host to a number of workshops, contests, music enrichment programs, and other events in which music education educators are involved.

What if the student and teacher’s personalities don’t work well together or the student is dissatisfied?

This is one of the advantages of taking your lessons at our school – we have 16 teachers so if a problem occurs – which is extremely rare – we can switch you over to one of the other teachers. If you think you may get more out of lessons from a teacher with a different teaching style, we have the flexibility to change you to another instructor.
